We are an appointment-matching service. We connect people who want to talk about retirement and benefit options with independent professionals who can have that conversation.
Information you give us. When you request an appointment we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and state. When you choose a time, our scheduling provider collects your selected time slot, your time zone, how you prefer to meet, and your answer to the disclosure question shown before you confirm.
Information we record about your consent. When you submit the form we record the exact wording you were shown, a version identifier for that wording, the date and time in UTC, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. We keep this as proof of what you agreed to. We do not store it as a simple yes or no.
Information from public sources. Before we contact you, we may already hold your business name, industry classification code, state, and business email address, obtained from public records including U.S. Small Business Administration loan data.
Information created as you use the service. We keep an audit record of actions taken on your record — when it was created, when an appointment was booked, rescheduled or cancelled, when it was provided to a professional, and what that professional reported about the conversation. If you reach us through a personalised link in an email we sent you, we also record that you opened the page and how many times.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, account numbers, or financial account details through this website.
With independent professionals. This is the core of the service. When a professional acquires your appointment or profile, we provide them your name, email address, phone number, business name, state, and appointment details. Only one professional receives any given record — we do not provide the same record to multiple professionals.
Those professionals are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Once we provide your information to them, their use of it is governed by their own privacy practices, not this policy. They agree in writing to contact you only about the appointment you requested, to follow applicable telemarketing and privacy law, and not to resell or redistribute your information — but we do not control what they do.
This is a sale of personal information under some state laws. Because professionals pay us and receive your information, several state privacy laws classify what we do as selling personal information. You have the right to opt out — see Your choices below.
With service providers who work on our behalf. We use vendors to run the service, and they may process your information only to provide their service to us: Google Cloud and Firebase (database, authentication, infrastructure), Vercel (website hosting), Calendly (appointment scheduling), Postmark (transactional email), Smartlead (outbound email delivery), and Google Workspace (email mailboxes).
For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
In a business transfer. If Jeanie AI Solutions LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
We retain records for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. We keep consent records and opt-out records permanently, because a consent record we deleted cannot prove what someone agreed to, and an opt-out we deleted cannot be honored.
You may ask us to delete your information — see below. Where we must retain a consent record or an opt-out record to meet a legal obligation, we will tell you what we kept and why.
Stop receiving email from us. Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or visit our unsubscribe page and enter your address. We add you to a master opt-out list that we control and apply across every campaign and every sending domain.
Opt out of the sale of your personal information. Email team@verifiedbenefitplan.com with the subject "Do Not Sell My Personal Information", or write to us at the address above. We will stop providing your information to professionals. If a professional already received your information before you opted out, we cannot retrieve it from them, and we will tell you if that has happened.
Rights for all users:
We will verify your identity before acting, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
California residents additionally have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to know if it is sold or shared, the right to opt out of that sale or sharing — and we do sell it, as described above, the right to non-discrimination, and the right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
Other states. Residents of Nevada and other states with privacy laws — including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Montana — have comparable rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of sale or targeted advertising, and to appeal a refused request. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request for you.
If a breach affects your information, we will notify you within 72 hours, notify relevant regulatory authorities, and provide information about the breach and remediation steps.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This service is for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be communicated by email notification, by a notice on this site, and by an updated effective date on this page. For material changes affecting your rights we will provide 30 days advance notice and obtain new consent if required.
Prior versions remain available so you can see the policy that applied when you gave us your information. Changes apply going forward.
